Improve Safety and Security at all of Nevada's Institutions of Higher Learning.

Fix redundancies and remove any wasteful costs within the system so that tuition hikes are a last resort.

Force this Board to be accountable by having multiple options available for each vote.

Make meetings more efficient with an infusion of logic and common sense. This will also lead to more transparency for the constituents.

Protect women's athletics.

Push the quality our colleges and universities to a new level.

What is a Regent?
Much like a corporate board of directors, Nevada’s Board of Regents governs the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE). Elected to serve a four-year term, the 13 Regents set policies and approve budgets for Nevada’s entire public system of higher education: four community colleges, one state university, two doctoral-granting research universities, and one research institute.
The eight institutions the Regents govern include: College of Southern Nevada; Desert Research Institute; Great Basin College; Nevada State University; Truckee Meadows Community College; University of Nevada, Las Vegas; University of Nevada, Reno; and Western Nevada College.
